fix(detectorv2): emit +pitch=up to match the classic Detector (v1)

The v2.5 multitask pose head's index 0 already reads +up on-camera, so the
prior `Pitch = -head[0]` mapping inverted it — pitching up gave a negative
Pitch. Drop the negation so Detectorv2 follows the canonical convention
(+pitch=up) used by the classic Detector. Yaw/roll unchanged. v2.4 and v2.5
pitch correlate 0.89 on the same faces, so this holds for both checkpoints.
