refactor: disable browser interactions and zoom behavior

- Added global CSS constraints to prevent scrolling, zooming, and text
selection on mobile and desktop.
- Switched to manual `wheel` event listener to properly prevent default
browser zoom/scroll behavior.
- Updated zoom precision to support deeper Mandelbrot exploration.
