Add building name lookup and replace IDs with names in move list (#1764)

Creates a buildingName() function using ts-pattern to map all building and settlement
IDs to human-readable names (e.g. LG1 → "Green Clay Mound", LR3 → "Red Cloister
Office"). The move list now renders names instead of raw IDs, with a dotted underline
tooltip on hover that shows the original ID.
