Remove obsolete .pnpmfile.mjs workaround

The empty .pnpmfile.mjs existed only to dodge a pnpm v11 beta crash
(ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND on a missing pnpmfile auto-loaded via
configDependencies, pnpm/pnpm#10683). That crash is fixed as of
pnpm 11.6.0 — install runs cleanly with the file absent — so the
workaround is no longer needed.
