* test(source): assert RefObject via ValidateEndpoints opt-in

Replace the 12 standalone TestProcessEndpoint_*_RefObjectExist tests
added per source with an opt-in check in the shared ValidateEndpoints
helper: when an expected endpoint declares a RefObject (built via the
new testutils.RefSource), validateEndpoint asserts the actual endpoint
carries a non-nil RefObject with the same Source and a non-empty UID.

Each source now sets a UID on one representative table fixture and
attaches RefSource to its expected endpoint, exercising RefObject across
the real fixture matrix instead of a synthetic per-source test. Removes
the duplicated client/scheme/create boilerplate and the untimed
informer busy-wait loops those standalone tests carried.

* test(source): collect RefObject mismatches instead of short-circuit

Use if/else with a single nil guard so both Source and UID errors are
reported together, matching the Labels and ProviderSpecific blocks above.
