* docs(strategy): add USE command grammar and France 2p opening book

Document the two-DOF USE syntax (clergy auto-assign lay brother vs
WITH_PRIOR prefix; trailing token selects the wheel token to reset, Jo
for the joker, Farmyard's mandatory Gn/Sh) and record the start-player
round-1 opening line (G07 + Prior bonus USE, then FELL_TREES) as a
living default to keep refining against opponent play.

* docs(strategy): add Game 3 takeaways — unique-building race and engine signals

Record lessons from a close game (white 109, red 107 through round 17):
- unique high-value building (F24 Cloister Church) is a race, not a project;
  build the turn it's reachable or abandon and deny
- WORK_CONTRACT as adversarial timing lever in 2p
- G22 Quarry mountain-only placement and unaffordable-leaf engine signal
- upcoming_turns[*].introduced as timing signal for big builds
- Cloister Workshop clay-limited pottery cap and ornament ceiling (1/use)
- L-prefix landscape-tile vs L-numbered starting-building distinction
