llmbroker plan: API naming review (operation, Call, score, ProviderStats)

Rename in the extraction plan after a naming review:
- task_type -> operation (kwarg, Call field, llmbroker_calls column, routing axis)
- CallEvent -> Call; table llmbroker_call_log -> llmbroker_calls
- Result.rate() -> Result.score(value); field stays quality_score
- Call.label -> Call.provider; ProviderUsage/provider_usage() -> ProviderStats/provider_stats()
- trace_id typed str | None (kept name for end-to-end tracing)
- examples use llm variable (class stays Broker)
