fix: guard cleanup trap in playwright-start.sh to avoid killing unrelated processes

Only run stop.sh --force in the EXIT trap when start.sh actually
succeeded.  When start.sh fails early (e.g. ports already in use),
no PID files exist and stop.sh falls back to killing by port,
potentially terminating unrelated processes on 5173/8001.
