fix: validate PLAYWRIGHT_CHROME_PATH override and skip empty LD_LIBRARY_PATH

- Add existsSync() check on PLAYWRIGHT_CHROME_PATH override and throw a
  targeted error when the path does not exist, giving developers a clearer
  diagnostic than a generic Playwright launch failure.

- Only set LD_LIBRARY_PATH in the launch environment when chromeLibraryPath()
  returns a non-empty string, avoiding an empty-string assignment that could
  interfere with system library resolution.
