docs: clarify daemon error/Fork key/waitpid_nohang semantics; fix supervisor examples

- src/lib.rs (docs only, no behavior change):
  - Fork: document that Hash/Eq compare by raw PID, so reuse makes
    Fork::Parent(pid) an unsafe long-lived map key
  - daemon(): add 'Error observability' note — failures after the first
    fork surface only in the detached child, not to the launcher
  - waitpid_nohang(): correct docs to reflect WNOHANG-only (termination
    is reported; stop/continue return Ok(None))
- examples/supervisor.rs, supervisor_advanced.rs: replace blocking waitpid
  in the poll loops with waitpid_nohang; collect exits before mutating the
  map; report real exit codes
- .justfile: fix release-monitor URL to immortal/fork
