Support Laravel 14 (#10)

Add `^14.0` to the `illuminate/*` constraints proactively and refresh
the README requirements table to reflect the supported Laravel range
(^11.0 || ^12.0 || ^13.0 || ^14.0). The CI matrix is left untouched
because no Laravel 14 dev branch exists yet.
