Allow Laravel 14 in version constraints

Extend the supported upper bound by adding `^14.0` to the
`illuminate/*` constraints and update the README requirements
table to match. The minimum (`^11.0`) is unchanged.

The CI matrix is intentionally left untouched since no Laravel 14
dev branch exists yet.
