* Add Sensor Data preferences to environment export

Store Sensor Data view preferences with each environment so customizations survive self-host updates, environment export/import, and environment switches. Migrate legacy `sonde_series_overrides`, preserve the distinction between omitted and explicit-empty `selectedSeries`, reset transient Sensor Data UI state on environment activation, and extend the web UI unit tests plus spec docs to cover the new behavior.

* Harden review feedback for web UI prefs

Address PR #1135 review feedback by rejecting reserved series override keys during import validation, ignoring reserved keys when normalizing persisted overrides, and resetting prompt/confirm stubs in the Node test harness so tests remain isolated.

* Restore auto-select after stale series pruning

If saved Sensor Data selections are pruned away because they are no longer plottable, treat the resulting empty set as uninitialized so the default auto-selection path can repopulate the graph. Add a regression test covering the stale-selection case.

* Avoid persisting default sensor auto-selection

Keep default Sensor Data auto-selection transient during render. Persist only explicit user preferences, or clearing of an explicit saved selection when stale series are pruned away. Add a regression test for restoring default-selection semantics.
