Add micro-details of care and IEx console easter egg

Details: violet text selection, dark-mode tinted scrollbars, editorial
end mark (∎) closing every article, hover anchor links on headings
that copy a deep link.

Easter eggs: press backtick anywhere for an Elixir-flavored shell —
Author.whoami(), Blog.latest() (live from RSS), arithmetic, authentic
UndefinedFunctionError messages, and make_it_rain() which rains violet
glyphs (also triggered by the Konami code). A styled console greeting
hints at the backtick; a subtle iex>_ button sits in the footer.

The 404 page is redesigned around a new violet-lost radar-sweep Lottie
(static init path since error pages have no LiveView) with an
Elixir-style NoRouteError line. This removes the last references to
the legacy webpack bundles, so app.js and the digested vendor relics
are deleted.
