refactor: remove manual refetch of application deployments

- remove manual refetch of application deployments that was used to
handle refreshing the list of deployments every 5 seconds after adding
a new one, deleting one, or updating an existing one.
- This is now handled by the subscription to the list of deployments,
which will automatically update the UI when changes occur.
- Updating of the table after deployment deletion is now handled by the
updater in the deleteDeployment mutation, which will remove the deleted
deployment from the list of deployments in the cache.
