feat(web)!: update `UNSTABLE_Picker` design #DS-2503

Split padding into x/y axes, increase selection gap, rework trigger
layout with border-radius and focus-visible forwarding.

Update demo to
use `Flex` layout and `Label--item` instead of `FieldGroup`/`Checkbox__label`.
Also add missing `text-color-scheme` to disabled `ControlButton` in
`UNSTABLE_File` demo.
