fix(elementor-v4): fix image DOM selector and always prefer live DOM for alt text

Two bugs in enrichImageNodes:
- Wrong selector: data-interaction-id is on the <img> element itself in V4,
  so the old find('[data-id]').find('img') chain always returned nothing.
  Fixed to img[data-interaction-id="..."] which targets the element directly.
- Stale alt text: the typeof-htmlCache guard was skipping nodes that already
  had a cached value, so alt text changes mid-session were never picked up.
  Now always overwrites htmlCache from the live DOM when the img is found.
