fix(utils): add explicit paramCount to findPattern for default/rest params (#87)

Function.length excludes default and rest parameters, so plugin authors
using either pattern would silently get fewer candles than expected.
Adding paramCount as a third argument with callback.length as fallback
keeps all internal callers unchanged and gives plugin authors an escape hatch.

Four tests: regression for two-arg form, explicit vs default equivalence,
default-param plugin scenario, rest-param plugin scenario.
