Fix empty element handling and optional seconds in datetime parsing

Issue #188: empty text fields (e.g. <MEMO></MEMO>) were incorrectly routed
to the aggregate-recursion branch because empty string is falsy. Fix uses
cls.subaggregates to discriminate by type rather than by elem.text truthiness.

Issue #187: DT_REGEX required HHMMSS all-or-nothing, rejecting valid
YYYYMMDDHHMM datetimes (e.g. 200510291120 in the test stmtrs.ofx file).
Make seconds optional while keeping hour+minute required together.
