fix(examples): add cullMode: 'none' to globe examples and document GlobeView usage (#10369)

GlobeView enables back-face culling by default, causing arc/line/path layers
to be invisible from certain angles. Fix the two globe examples that were
missing this parameter, and add documentation remarks to affected layer docs.
