feat: add tidal provider (#610)

Resolve artwork for any TIDAL entity (artist, album, playlist, track,
video) by ID via the `type:id` URI format, defaulting to artist.

TIDAL is a SPA whose static markup only ships a generic share image, so
the page is prerendered and the artwork is read from og:image, mirroring
the spotify provider. Empty or nonexistent entities keep the generic
tidal.com/img/FB_… image, so results are restricted to the
resources.tidal.com host and otherwise treated as a miss.
