- Scope port-465 TLS inference to project SMTP only; server smtp config
  keeps pre-existing behavior unless smtp.secure is explicitly set
- Document the new smtp.secure server config field
- Restore approvedSenders in the not-approved-sender warning log
- Narrow sendEmailViaSmtp param from Project to projectId
- Add explicit warning to project-smtp docs about auth email lockout
  on misconfiguration

- Add test for project SMTP send-failure error logging
- Use the target user's project (not the caller's) for project SMTP
  in update-user-email, matching the resetpassword pattern
- Recommend setting smtpFromAddress in docs; note SPF/DKIM consequence
  of falling back to the server support address
- Readability: join missing-field names with ', ' in the misconfig log
