* Convert a single route to be a Hanami slice

It is not ready -- in particular, the aspace client relies
on an old version of the DRY Cli gem, and Hanami relies on
a new one, so this causes us to downgrade to an old version
of the aspace client before it even used dry-cli.

* Remove Rails controller, it is no longer needed
