perf(patternChain): eliminate 29x redundant precomputeCandleProps calls

Add ensurePrecomputed() to utils — skips precomputation when the array
is already enriched (detected via presence of bodyLen). Replace all 29
series-function calls and patternChain's own call with ensurePrecomputed.

Result: patternChain went from 30 total precomputations per call to 1
(raw input) or 0 (pre-enriched input). Measured speedup: ~2x on raw,
~2.6x on pre-enriched data at 10k candles.
