feat: simplify both theme and style

Style: Now uses a class and collapses the select into the existing
StyleInput. Additionally, it accepts a Theme object directly instead of
requiring the call to toVariables. Rendering has also been simplified a
bit.

Theme: Contract and Vars were merged into a single Theme object. Themes
are now created with default values (useful for the simplest case of
just creating css vars). There is a method called create on a theme that
can be used to create a sub-theme, optionally duplicating the parent
variables if the user wants.

Some more testing was added and as much simplifying as I can reasonably
get away with while cooking and watching TV was done.

Had Claude whip up tests that I actually read but other than that this
is all me, which gives me hope in this new AI world.
