refactor(utils): delegate precomputeCandleProps to existing util functions

Replaces inline math with calls to bodyLen, wickLen, tailLen, isBullish,
isBearish, and bodyEnds — all defined in the same file. Eliminates the
risk of silent divergence if any formula changes.

Fixes #76
