Hygiene: normalize symbolicator pattern, newline-terminate exports (#613)

- '^symbolicator\\/' used a double backslash where every sibling
  pattern uses '\/'. In single quotes both produce the same string,
  so this is purely cosmetic — normalized before someone 'fixes' it
  incorrectly.
- export.php now newline-terminates the raw .txt and .json files so
  they are POSIX-friendly and wc -l reports the true pattern count
  (the .txt previously showed 1,451 lines for 1,452 patterns).
- raw/ files regenerated with export.php; content is byte-identical
  apart from the trailing newlines.
