Pin the `isTensorContainer() ⇒ isTensor()` cross-method invariant (#598)

Add `testTensorContainerImpliesTensorClassification`: a tensor-container
parameter (reached via a list-of-tensors call site) keeps the
`Parameter.isTensorContainer` and `isTensor` caches in sync, so
`isTensorContainer() == TRUE` implies `isTensor() == TRUE`, while
`getTensorTypes()` stays empty. Testable only now that both #499 (the
`isTensorContainer` cache) and #500 (the `isTensor` cache) have landed.

Test-only; reuses the container fixture shape. No production change.
