* chore: bump version to 0.9.0

* feat(auth): add header controls and require-token annotation

* feat(ui): sticky maximized inline modal and drawer controls

* feat(ui): add cat-themed favicon and meow ufo easter egg

- Embed custom cat-themed SVG base64 favicon into index and error HTML templates.
- Add Meow Easter Egg triggering on 'meow' in search bar or workspace name inputs, showing a flying cat-egg UFO that drops falling/expanding 'MEOW' letters.
- Ensure visual customizer and dashboard components have correct types and formatting.

* docs: update changelog and release notes for v0.9.0 release

* fix(server): integrate @fastify/rate-limit for auth routes

Protect sensitive authentication and session endpoints (/_auth/token,
/_auth/authorize, /_auth/refresh) using the official @fastify/rate-limit
plugin. Make rate limits parameterizable via RATE_LIMIT_MAX and
RATE_LIMIT_WINDOW with proxy-aware client IP resolution. Update
documentation, Vitepress cover page, and changelog release notes.
