test: cover botinput and botmsg packages (0% -> 100%) (#78)

Add unit tests for the two previously untested value packages:

- botmsg: AnswerCallbackQuery.BotMessageType/Validate (all branches),
  ChatIntID.ChatUID, TextMessageFromBot.BotEndpoint/BotMessageType.
- botinput: Type.String (in-range + out-of-range), GetBotInputTypeIdNameString.

Both packages now report 100.0% of statements. (The stringer-generated func _()
in botinput/type_string.go is an unreachable compile-time assertion; Go's
coverage total does not count it.)
