Simplify configs toward out-of-the-box defaults and update deps (#580)

- Replace tsup.config.js with CLI flags in the build script
- Move prettier and lint-staged configs into package.json
- Trim tsconfig to non-default options (ignoreDeprecations kept for
  tsup's dts build, which sets the deprecated baseUrl option)
- Ignore dist/ in eslint instead of disabling
  no-constant-binary-expression, and drop unused browser globals
- Drop .npmignore (files field already scopes the tarball) and the
  empty .coveralls.yml
- Modernize husky: prepare runs husky, build moves to prepublishOnly,
  pre-commit drops the deprecated husky.sh shim
- Remove the esbuild pin (tsup resolves its own esbuild)
- Update @types/node, eslint, lint-staged, prettier; bump
  .node-version to node 24 LTS and GitHub Actions to v5
- Reformat src/index.ts with prettier
