docs(brew): split macOS Cask and Linux Formula install commands (#836)

After v0.3.6 the tap ships both a Cask and a Formula named 'holodeck'.
brew's '<tap>/<name>' resolution prefers Formula over Cask when both
exist with the same name, so on macOS plain 'brew install
nvidia/holodeck/holodeck' resolves to the Linux Formula and dies on
its 'depends_on :linux' gate with a confusing 'Linux is required'
error before users ever reach the Cask.

The install actually works — users just need to pass '--cask' (macOS)
or '--formula' (Linux) to disambiguate. Update README and the
docs/release.md smoke-test command to show both explicit forms, with
a short rationale paragraph linking back to the Tahoe sandbox-PTY
context that motivated the Cask path in the first place.

A follow-up effort to drop the Linux Formula entirely in favor of
nfpms-built deb/rpm packages will let plain 'brew install
<tap>/holodeck' work on macOS without the '--cask' flag, since
nothing in the tap would shadow the Cask. Tracked separately.
