* feat: adds support for otel `kind`

* fix: update trace_config_id

* updates to elixir module doc as well as comments in the Rust side of the
mapper NIF related to `value_map` changes

* Adds additional testing around span_kind field for otel traces

* Add test to ensure empty value_map passes the value through unchanged

* Improve test coverage around Mapper config compilation
