feat(board): add esp32-wroom32-cyd (ELEGOO 2432S028R) board variant (#523)

ESP32-WROOM-32 + ILI9341 320x240 SPI display + RGB status LED
("Cheap Yellow Display"). Rebased onto main atop the OTA-hooks refactor
(#522, breadboard v0.58.0); this is purely the board variant.

- board header + dispatch (components/board/include/boards/esp32_wroom32_cyd.h,
  board.h), platformio env, esp32-wroom32-cyd sdkconfig
- ILI9341 display backend; write-only panel -> CONFIG_BB_DISPLAY_ILI9341_SKIP_PROBE
  (MISO not wired); degrade to headless on display-init failure
- RGB status LED via bb_led_rgb_pwm (R=22/G=16/B=17, active-low)
- full-DRAM coredump + enlarged 512 KB coredump partition for post-mortem
- no-PSRAM in-place pull: CONFIG_BB_OTA_PULL_HTTP_CHUNK_SIZE=2048
- dropped from the release matrix (kept in CI build)
