fix: mykiva goal fields off for some users (#6972)

* feat: use new data and cleanup other data on loans-beta

* fix: remove unused fields from loans-beta query

* feat: ensure the rest of the stats are now populated, adding gray background to rows where missed

* fix: extra complete goal write guard added to TY path for mykiva

* fix: ensure raw progress is used on mykiva goal saving as well
