read the object size as the weight in object store traces (#1964)

The IBM ObjectStore records carry the object size as their own column
(REST.GET.OBJECT <id> <size> <start> <end>), so read it directly rather
than deriving it from the inclusive offsets. This also keeps the
single-byte reads that the old end - start subtraction collapsed to zero.
