v1.34.8: --by-tissue observation-based breakdown + formatted table (#313)

Reorganizes the --by-tissue output: n_observations first, then a healthy /
cancer x (tissue vs cell-line) breakdown IN OBSERVATIONS, a vertical separator,
then the n_unique_peptides + n_references summary totals. Adds a proper aligned
table formatter (left-justified tissue, header rule, vertical rule before the
summaries) and abbreviates verbose tissue names (CNS, PNS, BAL, GI tract).
