Align v2 zcatalog column descriptions with v1

Revert v2 column descriptions to match v1 verbatim for columns present in
both, so the only intended v2 changes are dtypes and the file
restructuring. Affects MIN_MJD/MAX_MJD/MEAN_MJD, ZCAT_PRIMARY, DESINAME,
ZERR, OBSCONDITIONS, FIRSTNIGHT, LASTNIGHT, and SV_/MAIN_ NSPEC/PRIMARY
across the zpix, ztile, and zall files.

Kept v2 wording in two places where v1 is wrong: SPGRPVAL in zpix
(value is the healpixel number, not a YEARMMDD night) and MEAN_FIBER_Y
in ztile (v1 copy-pasted "X location"). HEALPIX "(DR2 only)" is left as
part of the v2 UNIQPIX redesign.
