2.67.1: drop single_chain_nt_contig (QC-redundant with per-chain *_nt_contig) (#253)

Stop emitting single_chain_nt_contig — the stitched β+T2A+α contig construct is truncated at contig coverage (not a CDS, not synthesis-ready) and adds nothing over the per-chain {chain}_constant_nt_contig / full_{chain}_nt_contig provenance it's built from. Removed its now-redundant validate_sequences frame check; per-chain *_nt_contig columns unchanged. Tests assert absence + validate per-chain full_*_nt_contig instead. Suite 1919 passed.
