v1.34.0: add pmhc --species, --source-context, --list-source-contexts (#302)

pmhc now supports filtering by MHC species (--species human, mirroring the
export commands) and by curated source context (--source-context
healthy|cancer|cell_line|ebv_lcl|adjacent|activated_apc|ex_vivo).
--list-source-contexts prints the catalog (what each context means + which
src_* flags it maps to). Both query() and query_by_samples() gain the params.
