chore: prune fga feature

FGA development moved to a separate branch. This change removes it from the main
branch to safely reintroduce it later when the feature is ready.

- in the meantime, edgehog will be more performant, no requests will be
  performed on resource creation/deletion
- the fga extension will be kept, it's just not used by any resource (dead code
  is better than merge hell)
- there will actually be merge hell, but it will be a problem of whoever will
  forward port from main into the feature branch (me)
