* reuse nodes and weights computations from FastGaussQuadrature.jl

* add type annotations

* remove dependency on SpecialFunctions.jl

* remove type annotations

* remove more now-unnecessary functions

* bump FastGaussQuadrature.jl to v1.3

* reintroduce functions and use Gamma.jl

* use FastGaussQuadrature.jl only for Float32 and Float64

* simplify Gauss-Radau

* add tests for other floating point types

* add BigFloat tests for nodal bases
