Typing: finalise display modules (#1158)

* `_raw_display_base` - `get_input`, `parse_input` and wrappers
* `_posix_raw_display` - `hook_event_loop`
* `_win32_raw_display` - `hook_event_loop`
* `curses` - `get_input`, `parse_input` and wrappers. Ignore `union-attr` mypy check for not started screen.
* `web`
* `lcd`
* `html_fragment`
* `escape` - tune types from protocol to actual implementation for input codes.
