testutil: satisfy golangci-lint on the etcd helper

Silence gochecknoglobals on the deliberately shared sharedEtcd, split the
inline error handling on the keyspace-wipe Delete to satisfy noinlineerr,
and drop the redundant exhaustruct nolint in the integration TestMain
(_test.go files already exclude exhaustruct in .golangci.yml).
