Handle identical embeddings in directional PCA (#73)

* Handle identical embeddings in directional PCA

Add deterministic duplicate-refinement for duplicate-collapse so exact-K remains realizable for identical embeddings, update the directional PCA architecture/spec package, and extend validation for all-identical and partially-collapsed fixtures.

* Fix directional PCA Clippy warning
