fix(walktrap): select modularity-maximizing level by default

Yog.Community.Walktrap.detect/1 with default options was returning
the last dendrogram level, which is the trivial single-community
partition. Walktrap is agglomerative, so the last level merges
everything into one community.

Now the default nil branch picks the level with maximum modularity
across the full dendrogram, matching the canonical Walktrap stopping
criterion (Pons & Latapy 2006).
