Add sample metadata and update file columns

Expose additional sample/file metadata in GraphQL queries (fileOverview, cohortMetadata, getFilenames): anatomic_site, participant_age_at_collection, sample_description, percent_tumor, percent_necrosis, consent_codes, fixation_embedding_method, staining_method. Update exploreFilesTabs to surface these fields (anatomic site, age at collection, sample tumor status, tumor spatial extent, sample description, percent tumor/necrosis), reorder columns, use custom elements/modal styles for participant/sample/study cells, make study_id link to ./studies/, and move file_size, file_description and several metadata fields to hidden/hideable columns. These changes surface sample-level metadata in the file explorer and improve linking and display behavior.
