feat(webui): UI consistency pass + breadboard v0.56.0 re-pin (excl knot) (#520)

- re-pin breadboard to v0.56.0 (bb_http 405-crash + bb_diag panic-scrub fixes)
- shared ui-kit primitives: InfoCard, InfoRow, StatField
- System device-info rework on shared cards; Internal→SRAM donut + memory tooltips; display/LED status icons; status-bar uptime
- fix: gate ASIC detection on /api/power present flag (P4 regression — non-ASIC boards no longer show ASIC cards)
- refresh /api/info + /api/settings after a config toggle so System chips update
- Pool: coinbase payout-mismatch warning, scriptSig wrap, tooltip alignment/font; Pool + Update adopt InfoRow/StatField
- tests: ui-kit primitives + Pool payout-mismatch + System PSRAM/RTC donut branches; e2e power fixture + System spec updated for the rework
