- Merge de develop para traer: NO_BINARIO, NO_ESPECIFICADO, validar(),
  getEstados(), getGeneros(), TypeScript types, y tests adicionales
- Fix: MAC y MC ahora remueven también la palabra siguiente (ej. 'Mac Gregor')
  ya que forman un apellido compuesto como unidad
