feat: add shell completions via go-flags (bash, zsh, fish)

Static completion scripts in completions/ drive go-flags' built-in
GO_FLAGS_COMPLETION mechanism; bare TAB falls back to file completion,
zsh/fish show flag descriptions via verbose mode. goreleaser ships them
in release archives, installs to system paths for deb/rpm, and into the
homebrew formula. No Go changes - go-flags prints completions and exits
during arg parsing, before the TUI launches.
